I support people navigating grief, loss, mortality, and major life changes—especially when those experiences begin to reshape their sense of identity. Together, we create space for what has been lost while gently exploring who you are becoming.

My path to this work is deeply personal. Between the ages of 20 and 31, I experienced the deaths of 12 family members. Those losses called me to help others process and integrate their own grief with compassion, affirmation, and grace.

I believe grief meets us when something we once knew to be true is no longer true. When we allow ourselves to be present with that grief—including grief related to our own diagnosis or mortality—it can lead us toward new truths and a more authentic way of living.

My approach extends beyond conversation. Depending on your needs, our work may include nature, art, writing prompts, guided visualization, reflection, and compassionate witnessing. I meet each person where they are and offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space in which grief can be felt, witnessed, and integrated rather than buried or avoided.

Garnet and the Moon is a queer woman-owned practice based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients through these deeply personal parts of their lives.
